Express shipping only affects delivery speed after shipment and does not reduce manufacturer processing timelines.

All express shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All wholesale orders require 100% upfront payment before processing.

Orders are placed with our manufacturer once payment has cleared.

• 5–10 business days for manufacturer preparation
• 1–2 business days for Raw Haus inventory verification and packaging

Wholesale orders follow the fulfillment process outlined below:

1. Buyer submits order and payment
2. Raw Haus places the order with our manufacturer
3. Manufacturer ships inventory to Raw Haus warehouse
4. Raw Haus verifies bundle quantity, texture, and length accuracy
5. Order is prepared in bulk packaging
6. Shipment is dispatched to the buyer

Wholesale orders are shipped in bulk packaging only.

Retail packaging, inserts, and marketing materials are not included with wholesale shipments.

All wholesale orders are final sale.

Due to the nature of raw hair sourcing and bulk purchasing, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once orders have been processed.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before submitting payment.

If a shipment arrives damaged during transit, the buyer must notify Raw Haus within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a review, buyers must provide clear photos of:

• The shipping box
• The shipping label
• The damaged items

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for investigation.

Raw Haus will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Once a shipment has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

Raw Haus Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If a shipment appears lost in transit, Raw Haus will assist in opening a carrier investigation when possible.

The Raw Haus Private Bulk Supply Program provides bulk access to hair products for professional buyers.

Bulk buyers are purchasing product supply only.

Raw Haus brand assets, trademarks, logos, product names, and marketing materials may not be used by wholesale buyers for resale, advertising, or promotional purposes.

Wholesale buyers may not represent themselves as:

• Raw Haus distributors
• Raw Haus partners
• Raw Haus authorized sellers
• Raw Haus retailers

Bulk buyers must sell products under their own business branding and identity.

The Raw Haus name, logo, or brand may not be used on:

• packaging
• marketing materials
• websites
• social media
• advertisements
• resale listings

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of wholesale purchasing privileges.

Raw Haus Hair Co. reserves the right to revoke access to the Private Bulk Supply Program if brand misuse occurs.

Raw Haus Hair Co. specializes in ethically sourced raw hair. Because raw hair is collected from individual donors and not factory processed, natural variation is expected.

Wholesale buyers acknowledge and understand that raw hair may vary in the following ways:

• Curl or wave pattern
• Texture density
• Bundle fullness
• Natural color tones (natural black to natural brown)
• Strand thickness
• Donor pattern differences

Raw hair is not chemically processed, steamed, or artificially altered to create uniform patterns.

For this reason, bundles may not appear identical across shipments or within the same order.

These variations are normal characteristics of authentic raw hair and are not considered product defects.

Wholesale buyers agree that natural variation does not qualify for returns, refunds, exchanges, or disputes.

Buyers are responsible for educating their customers about the natural characteristics of raw hair.

By participating in the Raw Haus Private Bulk Supply Program, buyers confirm they understand and accept the nature of authentic raw hair textures.

All wholesale buyers must sign a Wholesale Purchase Agreement and Purchase Order confirming they have read and agreed to the terms of the Private Bulk Supply Program before placing their first order.

This agreement includes acknowledgment of:

• Shipping policies
• Processing timelines
• Payment requirements
• Return and final sale policy
• Non-circumvention clause
• Wholesale tier requirements

Wholesale purchasing access will not be granted until the agreement has been signed.
