Wholesale Returns, Damaged Shipments & Lost Packages

All wholesale orders are final sale.

Due to the nature of raw hair sourcing and bulk purchasing, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once orders have been processed.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before submitting payment.

If a shipment arrives damaged during transit, the buyer must notify Raw Haus within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a review, buyers must provide clear photos of:

β€’ The shipping box
β€’ The shipping label
β€’ The damaged items

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for investigation.

Raw Haus will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Once a shipment has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

Raw Haus Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If a shipment appears lost in transit, Raw Haus will assist in opening a carrier investigation when possible.
