SHIPPING POLICY
At Raw Haus Hair Co, we ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). To ensure the security of your order, we offer ROUTE package insurance at checkout. If you opt out of shipping insurance, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. For assistance with uninsured shipments, please contact USPS customer service at (800) 275-8777 using your tracking number.

Standard processing and shipping: Orders ship within 1ā3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
During major sales and promotions: Orders placed during these periods may require up to 7 business days to process before shipping.

DELIVERY POLICY
