At Raw Haus Hair Co, we ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). To ensure the security of your order, we offer ROUTE package insurance at checkout. If you opt out of shipping insurance, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. DELIVERY POLICY
Once your shipment leaves our facility, tracking becomes your responsibility. If your order hasn’t arrived within two weeks, notify us immediately. After this period, we cannot assume responsibility for undelivered packages.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Orders are usually ready for pickup within hours at any of our locations, except during major holidays or sales when processing times may vary. You will receive an email or text message with pickup details once your order is packaged. Please do not arrive before receiving your pickup confirmation.

FINAL SALE POLICY

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

RETURN CONDITIONS

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Customized orders and ready-to-wear wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective. Please inspect items immediately upon receipt.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee.
