All orders have a payment processing time of 1-3 business days. No Items will be shipped out until Payments have processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Raw Haus Hair Co, we ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). To ensure the security of your order, we offer ROUTE package insurance at checkout. If you opt out of shipping insurance, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. For assistance with uninsured shipments, please contact USPS customer service at (800) 275-8777 using your tracking number.

If you purchased a shipping method with insurance and your package is lost in transit or undelivered, please contact us at support@rawhaushairco.com for further assistance.

DELIVERY POLICY

Once your shipment leaves our facility, tracking becomes your responsibility. If your order hasn’t arrived within two weeks, notify us immediately. After this period, we cannot assume responsibility for undelivered packages.


IN-STORE PICKUP

Orders are usually ready for pickup within hours at any of our locations, except during major holidays or sales when processing times may vary. You will receive an email or text message with pickup details once your order is packaged. Please do not arrive before receiving your pickup confirmation.

During busy periods, please place orders several days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Raw Haus Hair Co does not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the next business day. To prevent fraud, identity verification may be required before shipment.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All transactions are final. Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless the product is defective.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective item, contact us at info@rawhaushairco.com within 48 hours of receipt. Do not alter or use the product before reporting the issue.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Returns must include all original packaging and documentation.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Customized orders and ready-to-wear wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective. Please inspect items immediately upon receipt.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before checkout.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
